I feel it is important to let companies know when they have provided stellar customer service. I shopped around and received quotes from many different companies like yours. Even though the rates were basicly the same price, your sales rep was the only one who made it seem as we were working face to face. I feel if you can provide a personal touch while doing business via the internet, that is saying something. I advised her I knew something about health insurance and how it works.
